We visit your space, estimate it's potential and give you ideas on how to make it a marketable listing.
After our first visit we send you a business proposal, which may contain plans and/or the estimated P&L of the venture.
This first consultation costs 200€, which are deductible from your next invoice, should you decide to trust us with the renovation/decoration/management of your property.
Renovations and decoration
Years of experience in running STRs give us the necessary expertise to advise you or undertake completely the renovation or constructions of attractive and easily marketable STRs.
We are particularly attentive to customers's wishes and know how to decorate apartments in ways that will keep guests coming back.
Once we have visited your space we will give you an estimate of costs, and if you decide to trust us with your renovation, you shall of course be given a detailed contract.

Marketing and advertising
If you want your listings to show up in Google searches, to have a presence on social media or even to advertise through traditional media, we can handle this for you.
Our price begin at 500€ and we can tailor campaigns to your needs.
Listing creation and management
We create a beautiful and attractive listing for you. This service includes finding a professional photographer to take eye catching photographs of your place.
We typically charge 500€ per listing and per platform, which does not include the photographer's fees.
Once the listing is created, we charge 20€ per listing and per platform for maintenance.
Eclectic Stays manages all your bookings, across all the platforms. This includes all written and phone exchanges with your guests, as well as coordination with your local team.
We charge 20% of total bookings. This is a flat fee, which includes all the time spent on coordinating with the local team, any international calls, emails and administration.
We manage your payments for you: ES collects payments from your clients and promptly credits your account. This feature costs you 5% of all amounts processed through us, regardless of the amount.
